Welcome to this stylish renovated apartment in the Riviera del Sol, with a striking panoramic view of the majestic mountains to the west and the magnificent Mediterranean Sea to the south.
From the front door we enter the open floor plan between the Scandinavian kitchen in light tones, and the living room with space for a dinner table. Behind the kitchen is a small laundry room with washing machine, water heater and storage facilities.
We have two full-sized bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one of them with a sea view. A bathroom and an additional guest toilet, both renovated.
From the living room we come out onto the balcony that leads up to the private roof terrace, both with a striking panoramic view. This is a lovely quiet area and there is no view from neighbors.
In the well-kept community there are two pools, one open all year round and the other May-October.
Parking is available on the street below the complex, with reserved parking spaces for the residents.
The apartment is on the third floor and the building has no lift.
