Denne er erstattet af en erkl\u00e6ring om, at ejendommen overholder byplanl\u00e6gningsreglerne (som kan kr\u00e6ve en certificering fra en arkitekt). Eventuelle un\u00f8jagtigheder eller falske oplysninger vil f\u00f8re til annullering.<\/li><li><strong>Licenser vil ikke blive givet til ejendomme i bebyggelser, hvor vedt\u00e6gterne specifikt forbyder ferieudlejning.<\/strong> Det er n\u00f8dvendigt at freml\u00e6gge en attest fra Ejendomsregistret, der bekr\u00e6fter, at f\u00e6llesskabet tillader ferieudlejning.<\/li><li><strong>Lov om horisontal ejendom<\/strong>: Hvis der er enighed om at begr\u00e6nse antallet af ferieboliger, skal et flertal p\u00e5 tre femtedele af ejerne stemme for.<\/li><li><strong>Den person, der ans\u00f8ger om lejekontrakten, skal ogs\u00e5 administrere ejendommen<\/strong>, herunder bookinger, g\u00e6steregistrering, annoncering osv.<\/li><li><strong>Tekniske krav:<\/strong><ul><li>Minimumsareal og faciliteter: Det er ulovligt at udleje en ejendom med mindre end 14 kvadratmeter pr. person.<\/li><li>Minimum antal badev\u00e6relser per person er specificeret som:<ul><li>\u00c9t badev\u00e6relse for op til fire personer<\/li><li>To badev\u00e6relser for fem til syv personer<\/li><li>Tre badev\u00e6relser for otte personer eller derover<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Ejendommen skal v\u00e6re udstyret med en r\u00f8galarm, aircondition, varme, f\u00f8rstehj\u00e6lpskasse og 24-timers telefonassistance.<\/li><li>Der er indf\u00f8rt specifikke krav til m\u00f8blering (angivet i et nyt bilag til reguleringerne).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-15f7ec0 metrisch elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"15f7ec0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Selvom nogle af disse tiltag kan virke strenge, er det vigtigt at bem\u00e6rke, at r\u00e5dhuset har pr\u00e6ciseret, at de ikke er ude p\u00e5 at f\u00f8re krig mod turister eller ejere af investeringsboliger.
